The Asymbl Backstory
In 2011, after seven years in the Salesforce ecosystem, our CEO and Founder, Brandon Metcalf, launched Talent Rover, an all-in-one staffing solution built on Salesforce. Greg Symons, our President, COO, and Founder, joined in 2015 to accelerate global growth. By 2017, Talent Rover was the ninth fastest-growing software company in America (Inc. 500) before being acquired in March 2018.
In late 2018, Brandon founded Blueprint Advisory to focus on Salesforce consulting. Greg joined as President and Partner in early 2019, where he led the company.
During this time, Salesforce engaged Blueprint to advise on key staffing and recruiting challenges. This collaboration led to a fresh approach to staffing solutions, resulting in the spin-off and creation of Asymbl, focused on delivering modular staffing and recruiting products within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Blueprint Advisory later merged with Asymbl and rebranded as Asymbl Consulting, reflecting a unified brand committed to serving the staffing and recruiting industry while expanding to broader business services. Today, Asymbl continues to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation by delivering technology and strategic services to help businesses assemble the future of work.

They leveraged this success and collaborated with Salesforce to develop the next generation approach to staffing and recruiting on Salesforce: a bolt-on approach for a fully native Salesforce ATS solution that solves the age-old dilemma of "build versus buy." Thus, Asymbl was born.
